Teo Chepilov

Co-creator of 'Undercover', a police procedural with syndication in 187 countries, and winner of multiple awards at international festivals for his feature film 'Bubblegum'. Teo Chepilov was a published writer at 17, he first found home in advertising and PR agencies, before moving full time to TV in his early 20's.
