Hannah Sitters has worked in the Art Department, Set Decoration, Props, and Costume Departments on feature films, short films, music videos, television and web series, commercials, and theatre productions across Australia. With a passionate focus in Production Design and Costume Design and tactile approach to her work she has a versatile skill set in Model Making, 2D Drafting, 3D Modelling (Rhino), Photoshop, Props and Costume Making, Set Dressing and Buying, Art Finishing and Scenic.
Hannah has received nominations for Best Production Design at the South Australian Screen Awards for her work on 'The Sister' (2013), 'The Crane Wife' (2014), 'The Little Girl' (2015), and 'Davi' (2019), and was the winner of Best Costume Design for 'Secret Pretty Things' (2021). She has also been nominated for the APDG Award for Student Screen Design for 'The Little Girl' (2015), and APDG Award for Design for Short Film or Music Video for Costume Design on 'Maurice's Symphony' (2017), and Co-design for Hilltop Hoods - 'Exit Sign' music video (2019).
She studied at the National Institute of Dramatic Art graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts: Design for Performance, and Flinders University graduating with a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Screen) and First Class Honours. She is an active member of the Australian Production Design Guild (APDG).
