Ralph Jacinto Quiblat (pronounced 'kib-lat') graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University. He has written several full length Filipino films that had wide commercial release in the Philippines. He is also an occasional stage actor, having starred in several local productions. He is a motivational speaker, a teacher, and a life coach, focusing mainly on youth development, creativity, and leadership formation. He has a wide experience in leadership and organization development, having done training and consultancy work for over 10 years.
