Andrea Hickey is an American Multi-Award Winning Actress and Television Academy Member. She won the Best Actress Awards for her first films "The Tiny House Movie" and "John Doe: A Western Tale" in various film festivals. She is nominated again for the Best Actress Award in the Rome International Film Festival (USA), and The Wild Bunch Film Festival for her role in Gammons' Greed. She also won the Best Supporting Actress Award in the Tokyo Cowboys Film Festival in Japan. After impressing Margie Haber in her Master class, she took Andrea on as a private client. Andrea is Equestrian trained specializing in riding Western, bareback without a bridle or reins.
Andrea was cast in college productions while still in high school. She was awarded multiple acting scholarships to college including New York University Tisch School of the Arts, and her stage and training experience is extensive. She won the Best Actress Award and was nominated for the prestigious Irene Ryan Award for her supporting role in the original comedy, "A Writer's Block," written by Playwright, Stephen Hancock. She also won the Shakespearean regional competition award at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center (TPAC). She graduated from Belmont University with a Major in Theatre and a Minor in English. She graduated with her Master of Arts in Counseling specializing in Eating Disorders and Mental Health.
