Well, I'd like to say that Menudo is something that was great to me then and now I look back and think "yuck"...but the truth is, every time I was watching Saturday morning cartoons and their ultra cheese music video segment came on right after "Rubik, The Amazing Cube" (which featured a cast of almost exclusively Hispanic characters) I turned the channel.
Menudo on AAAA BEEEE CEEEE. Repeat that about 10 times in your best high-pitched boy-band voice, and there you have the intro.
Sorry guys, I know some people think Ricky Martin is hot and all that, but...even when I was 9 I didn't like it. Like a bad stain, some things are just too god awful to go away entirely.
