This movie is really great - postmodernistic, ironic, symbolic. It DOES NOT suggest any serious philosophical and metaphysical issues, so people should not interpret it as such, but simply enjoy very light directorial and acting style. The film is a Parody, an Irony, that refers more to different signifiers, rather than signified - it ponders not the nature of reality of werewolves, but the genre of storytelling, whether in literature or in cinema. In some respect "Lyumi" could be compared to Wes Craven's "Scream" - more an anthology, a reference. It is more funny, than it is scary, which is partially due to acting, which seems more theatrical, too exaggerated for cinema.
