This film stars Jerry Deloney as a scientist named Doktor Ivan Cock-Luv under Hitler's Third Reich who does sexual experimentation on prisoners. The film tries to be a comedy in the spirit of something Harry Reems would have done in the 70's. Very poorly acted and the comedy is pretty below average. Poor grind-house style of film-making with peepshow style. The sex scenes are very normal unlike other sexploitation pieces of the era (Like Ilsa, etc). No name actors of the era are in this film. There are much better sexploitation films that this one in the areas of parody/comedy,etc. This is only recommended to the historians of this genre. to be avoided
