An ordinary cram school student moves into a flat which had an alien living as a roomate. NieA is an alien who doesn't have an antena spends the whole day not having any care in the world and loves to annoy Mayuko.

The anime does start off as some generic comedy but letter gets interesting goes very deep that you begin to feel suspense. Which also does have a very good message to convey.

It's definitely something different from what I am normally watching.

The dub is also very solid.

Pretty fun to watch overall.
