- TriviaThe final piece on this compilation, 'Jimmy is abducted by aliens' is a Weekend Update routine that failed to make it past dress rehearsal several times. Jimmy Fallon insisted it be included on his best of special, not as part of the DVD bonus material, but as part of the TV broadcast.

Opinión destacada
Jimmy Fallon is quite possibly the worst player on Saturday Night Live to "make it". Let's look at the sketches on this collection and see why, remember, his sketches have a common trend. 1. Mick and Fallon backstage: Jagger carries the sketch as fallon plays himself.
2. Jeopardy: Wow, are we really thinking Fallon is the best thing about this sketch? He's playing his apparent idol Adam Sandler and isn't good at it. Meanwhile, Ben Stiller as Tom Cruse and the rock that is Will Ferrell appears as Trebec again. Let's not forget Sean Connery. This is the strongest on the disc, but its not a "Fallon sketch".
3. Jarrett's Room: Fallon plays a college kid who is a druggie and a slacker. Funny bits include the role of Horatio Sanz and Fallon, not being funny, plays the straight guy.
4. Barry Gibb Talk Show: Let's be honest, who even remembered this sketch until it appeared on the Best of Jimmy Fallon? The answer is, no one. Fallon does a horrible accent of Barry Gibb and Justin Timberlake plays his brother. Highlights include Timberlake ruining the sketch by laughing instead of Fallon and a contest while they are singing to distract the viewer more between Timberlake and Fallon. Remember, this is the first sketch after the cold opening and should be the strongest. Sadly, it probably is.
5. Fallon doing impressions. Most of these involve no improvisation by Fallon and are weak. His Barry Gibb impression looks dead on by comparison.
6. Repetitive Fallon fare with poor impersonations and Fallon laughing on camera. I remember watching this one when it first came on and cursing Fallon for screwing up yet another sketch, but it probably didn't have a chance in the first place. I do remember thinking why Lorne doesn't tell Fallon to act like a professional or at least slap him and say "Be a man!".
7. Sully and Denise. I actually liked these skits, but not this one. I always thought Rachel was the best of the two on it though. This one was more reliant on Affleck however and didn't work.
8. Weekend update bits. Wow, all he had to do was read a teleprompter. Granted, there wasn't much to work with, but he didn't even try.
9. Song parodies. I mean, an Adam Sandler impression. Lorne thought Fallon would be a great replacement for Sandler. Unfortunately, he had not an ounce of originality in his body and tried to do the exact same thing. Of course, Fallon even tried an album that was even worse than his sketches.
10. Cork Soakers. Hands down the best sketch on the disk. However, it wasn't a Fallon sketch, it was more of an effort by all the players (like Jeopardy!) and relied more heavily on Sanz than Fallon. Fallon of course cracks himself up again. Great performance by Parnell as well. I'll allow that Fallon was good on this sketch, when he wasn't laughing it up.
11. Holiday singers: Fallon appears on yet another sketch dominated by Sanz. I understand the two may work really well together, but Sanz must have a sore back from carrying Fallon so much.
12. Leatherman. Brittany Spears appears. Enough said.
12. More singing! How cute, its too bad its horrible and embarrassing.
Okay, that's enough. There's nothing else worth mentioning. I liked the skit where he played the office computer expert. There's only one problem, its not on this collection. There's too much singing on here and I guess that's what he was known for. Hopefully, his career is over, but I think we'll have to see more Fallon before people see that he's talentless.
