Why the low rating !!

Wonder why such low rating for this one. It's a suspense thriller that unfolds slowly but then picks up quickly. Even though it was made in 2007, it has the 80s feel and the charm of Hong Kong.

I think, every movie has a mood that you should watch with. Put this on a lazy Saturday afternoon with a bottle of wine and you'll enjoy it better.
