Dana Vespoli does a fine directing job, even lending her acting skill (NonSex this time around) to this Mercedes Carrera vehicle that convincingly makes all the points about self-realization and women's liberation.
Carrera is stuck in a loveless marriage to control freak Brock, played by Ramzi Abed aka Brock Doom, who previously appeared (NonSex) in Vespoli's "Lefty". He looks like a Caspar Milquetoast, but dominates poor Mercedes, paternalistically refusing to let her go back to work in her chosen field.
With mucho advice from pal Dana, Carrera decides to spread her wings, and have lesbian sex with first an internet date, the rambunctious Alexis Fawx, and then with her lovely neighbor Carolina Sweets. It all results in a happy ending (even sympathetic to Brock) and delivers Dana's message loud and clear without sacrificing the arousal content.
