Acheron: Part I

The start was not really bad. It got better and better as time went on. Especially the last minutes of this episode were very exciting and heartwarming. A good start to a great ending.

Perfect first episode of the last season. There's a lot to happen this season. I hope to see some characters return. Negan is a real badass and maggie is strong. It's gonna be intense.

WOW! This episode brings back memories of the fisrt twd season. They brought back the horror and I'm with my arms wide open for it! It also has some kind of comedy, and it fits perfect in the commonwealth storyline! I'm not the biggest fan of cliffhangers but the one in this episode was well constructed and left me excited for episode 2. A solid 10/1p. Elite The Walking Dead is back yall!

Alexandria is running out food and Maggie proposes that a small group goes with her to Meridian, a place full of supplies that belonged to her group but was taken by a dangerous group that killed many of her friends. They need to cross Washington D. C. and Negan is guiding them. It is a stormy night, and Maggie orders the group to go through the subway tunnel despite the warnings against by Negan. Along their journey, they stumble upon many walkers and need to fight to survive. Meanwhile, Eugene and his group are separated and by two bureaucrats from the Commonwealth. They succeed to escape from their cage, but Yumiko finds that her brother may be there, and the group returns to the cage.

"Acheron: Part I" is the promising beginning of the Eleventh (and last) Season of "The Walking Dead". The lead segment shows Maggie with a group divided by the presence of Negan trying to find food for the Alexandrians. The tension between Maggie and Negan is one of the best parts of the show. Their journey have many incidents and is engaging. The other segment shows Eugene and his group captured by an organized new society, and is also interesting. My vote is eight.

This season has 2 arcs with 24 episodes so we are expecting more action and great scenes not like negan arc and whisperer wich both had 32 episodes so they had many boring scenes but I'm hopeful with this season.
