Now, I honestly don't mind the gore all that much. I've actually have been exposed to gore one way or another when I was younger. I have played gory Flash games and even first found out about Happy Tree Friends (a gory cartoon series) back in the early 2010's (around 2013 or 2014I believe).
However, first time viewers might not expect anything bad out of a show like this. It features anthropomorphic objects and objects don't really have blood n real life, so no one would easily suspect this show to be very gory. And yet it contains bloody messes you must see to believe.
The characters are pretty good at best and at worst around subpar. You have your typical stereotypes you see in object shows, such as a jerk who doesn't usually do homicide for breakfast (Trowel), a jerk who likes to kill others (Wallet), the guy who dies pretty often (Coffee Cup (maybe?) and Fart), a kind girl (Road Sign), etc. However, some characters can be pretty annoying, like Beep Boop (Lego didn't label him "The Annoying Robot" for nothing).
As for the episodes - ludicrous gibs aside - writing is pretty okay, the graphics as of current are pretty much good, the animation is...well, your mileage may vary. This show has improved since its release, and it's not even the first incarnation of the show. OT actually dates back to January 2015, and comparing the original episodes to the ones we have now, things certainly have changed. Though whenever for the better or for the worse, you're mileage may vary (again).
