Breaking Bad

I must say this last series of BCS is a genuine piece of art, with every episode being totally unexpected/creative. No other series nowadays has the same value in writing, directing, producing and acting as Better Call Saul. Only 2 more episodes to come. It will be a long walk in the dessert after that (no pun intended)....

For those who underestimate this episode, especially those leaving 1-star reviews, let me assure you: it's crucial in connecting two worlds. This is not just fan service.

First, no spoilers here. Now, imagine someone starts with *Better Call Saul*, all the way through to S06E09 "Fun & Games", and then, naturally, dives into *Breaking Bad* and finishes it. Then comes this stunning black-and-white epilogue, which makes it clear: Gene's fate is definitely not going to be a happy one.

This episode ties everything together. Keep in mind that *Better Call Saul* isn't just a prequel to *Breaking Bad*-it stands on its own. In fact, someone who's never watched *Breaking Bad* might find this series even more enjoyable.

The episode itself is a work of art in terms of dialogue, pacing, transitions, and Jimmy's final moments with the characters closest to him. We see Gene, now alone, slipping back into his old ways-he's got nothing left but to con people and embrace his true nature: Slippin' Jimmy.

If you find this episode lacking, it's clear you're watching the show just for the thrills. If that's the case, this show might not be for you.

A solid 10/10.

I don't know why anyone on IMDB reviews something they haven't seen I've never done that in my 1,658 reviews! Anyways I watched live in the last hour so worth it in every aspect. Brilliantly directed by classic Thomas Schuantz he directed a bulk of Breaking Bad episodes back in the day. Some wonderful surprises and answered questions; enthralling Saul experience!

I don't care what anybody says, this episode was literally perfect. You couldn't have done it better. So much meaning in the scenes and the parallels. The storytelling is simply impeccable and something I never saw in any TV show. Better Call Saul and Breaking Bad do what no show or movie ever did, and that's special. They complement each other in a way we'll never see again, so enjoy these last 2 episodes. We're witnessing TV history.

Not my fav episode of the show but easily top 10. I don't have much to add that hasn't been said.

What I did want to point out is just how funny some of these 1 and 2 star reviews are. Everyone is entitled to an opinion ofc, and I could definitely see how this isn't everyone's thing, but the manic incel energy from some of these reviews, I am almost shocked by the anger and the way some of them are written haha. Do yourself a favor, scroll down and read some for a few minutes of entertainment. I always find it very interesting too when some of these people's histories are 90%+ of 1 & 2 star reviews. Must be such a strange way to go through life.
