Scooby-Doo! The Mystery Begins

I honestly really enjoyed this remake. It is slightly better then Scooby-Doo of 2002 with it's development of the characters. I loved the focus on Shaggy and Scoobs relationship, which I think works well hear. 2 Ghosts appear from a semetary, and Scoob is frightened, and is in desperate need of a sole mate. Shaggy decides he can stay, as Scoob is lonely and feels abandoned. It's a good way of introducing us to our main protagonists and I honestly enjoy the story. It connects with the audience on a deeper level. The mystery is also very well handled, and it doesn't give up on the twists and turns. It is a little silly, but it does a decent job of setting up the sequal. Which is slightly lesser in terms of quality in my opinion.
