When the Mandalorian is fighting the "pirates" on top of the Juggernaut, his blaster pistol is out of ammo and clicks to sound that it's empty. Mando then throws the pistol at them and fights hand to hand for the rest of the fight.
However, by the time they reach the refinery and exit the Juggernaut, Mando's pistol, as well as Mayfeld's, can be seen in their holsters.
During the celebratory drink with Valin Hess, the level of the liquid inside the container changes between shots.
Mando opens his side window on the juggernaut to shoot at the raiders, then climbs up on top of the juggernaut without ever closing his window. The window is seen open for a brief time, then is suddenly closed without anyone ever closing it.
When Mayfeld is driving the juggernaut, he adjusts speed using a hand throttle on the control panel, except for in one shot, where he slows down using a foot pedal like a modern-day automobile.
At around min 19.00, one of the shoretroopers (the stormtroopers with a sand colored armor) saluting the return of the juggernaut shows the back of his armor, and it can be seen that two boxes are missing (close to him there's another shoretrooper with his complete armor and it's easy to tell the difference).
The first shot of the Stormtroopers and Shoretroopers waving at the transport is reversed. The power pack of the first Stormtrooper's blaster is visible on the right instead of the left, and all Shoretroopers have a red armband and an ammo pouch on their left instead of their right.
The "pirates" are obviously not out to steal the cargo of the Juggernaut vehicles but to blow them up. That is sabotage, not piracy. The attackers are therefore guerrillas or terrorists, not pirates.
One of the Raiders shouts "Keepuna", meaning 'shoot' or 'fire' in Huttese, when he is actually indicating for his colleague to jump back to their own barge.
There is no reason why Mando's facial scan should grant him access to any classified Imperial data. If the facial scan were supposed to be a simple access log, taking a picture would suffice.
Since Mando's facial scan for some reason unlocks the protections of the secure Imperial data he is after, there is no reason to even bring Mayfeld along.
When the second squad of "pirates" attacks, there is no good reason for Mando to leave his cover inside the Juggernaut's hatch while his blaster is working. He could have easily picked them off one by one as they jumped on the vehicle. Instead, Mando jumps onto the deck in the open and only then discovers that his blaster is empty or defective.
