This new guy had serious potential to make this show interesting again. As much as I don't like strand, he's more tolerable than morgan but I am starting to lose it with the focus on his character now too. Alycia has been hard done by since Kim dickens left. As an actress she should be mad about that. It should be her show.

What was the point of all that?

Good new character, interesting world post explosion, same upgrade in the visuals dept as WD, but what happened in this episode reeked of the same all-over-the-place rudderless mess we've come to expect from this franchise.

Strand going full Idi Amin African power mad murdering dictator?

Enabled by unquestioning entourage who don't mind a bit of impulsive murdering?

Executes a man and no one blinks?

Just not a believable character arch and not one we want or need. Shame to waste a good actor on such poor material. He did his best with what he was given.

New character Will was good, till, he was executed. Thanks for wasting another possible positive for little worthwhile gain.

Do you think this is rewarding entertainment?

The cinematography is at its peak this season with the fabulous colors & lovely directing...

The writing, however, is NOT. So weak. So forced. The dialogue is unrealistic and there's a sense of "you have to be a better person" vibes in every single line uttered.

Overall, better premiere than 401 & 501. But that's not saying much.

The only thing this episode achieved is showing us how annoying Strand has become. I love colman Domingo and I love Season 1-3 strand but this goofy Hitler-styled Strand is so goofy and so hitler-styled.

The cinematography is so weird. Do they think a nuclear apocalypse everything means everything is gonna be orange and green?

Honestly i had low expectations, the episode was good and thought Strand wasn't too far gone.

Until the last 5 minutes.

Strand is gone.
