When Wanda approaches Vision's body she walks between his torso and right arm to reach his head. In overhead shots it can be seen that there are wires connecting the arm to the torso that would have blocked this route.
Young Wanda tells her father that she wants to see season 2 episode 21 of the Dick Van Dyke Show. Her mother says it is the "Walnut episode". But the episode titled, It May Look Like a Walnut, is actually episode 20.
Technically the "walnut" episode of The Dick Van Dyke Show (1961) that Wanda requests is listed on IMDb as Season 2 Episode 20, (instead of 21 that Wanda says) and indeed aired 20th out of 32 that season, BUT the exact DVD boxset that they own contains all the episodes in order of their shoot/production date rather than air date. This strange ordering shuffles numerous episodes around, including Season 2 Episodes 20 and 21 - It May Look Like a Walnut (1963) was shot after My Husband Is a Check-Grabber (1963) but aired before it.
When Agnes is being bound by her Coven a modern-day concrete dam is prominently displayed in the background.
Earlier in the series, Director Hayward says that Wanda was born in 1989 and that her parents were killed when she was ten years old, placing this episode's Sokovia-set scene in 2000 at the latest. In that scene, Wanda's father has a copy of Malcolm el de en medio (2000) on DVD, even though the first season wouldn't be released on DVD until 2002. Further, the exact boxset of The Dick Van Dyke Show (1961) seen wouldn't be released until 2005.
