The judge dismisses the lawsuit after Luke points out that Leap Frog used the wrong type of fuel in the jet boots. However, Luke was not under oath and so could have very well been lying about what he instructed Leap Frog to do. The judge would never have dismissed the case summarily. Instead, he would have required that Matt prove at trial that Leap Frog's injuries resulted from misuse of the suit.
If Matt was concerned about the safety of Luke's clients then the proper remedy would have been not for She Hulk to be barred from receiving the client list but for the contents to be kept under seal so that only the lawyers and judge know the contents.
In court, Matt mentions the Sokovia accords being repealed as part of his argument that superheroes have a legal right to privacy. The repeal of the Accords would have removed the requirement for a superhero to register. It would not have given them a right to privacy over and above what ordinary people possess and, as She Hulk points out, there is no right to privacy in the customer-tailor relationship.
Matt Murdock says that his client's record with regard to customer satisfaction is spotless. But without interviewing his client, this is hearsay and not admissible.
