As Charles records a line about Tim's fingernails, we see a POV shot of him pressing the button for Floor 9. However, this POV shot doesn't line up with what we saw in the previous episode where he actually pressed the button for Floor 8.
When Charles shows up and interrupts Oliver and Ursula's conversation, she picks up the file folder with all the complaints about Tim and drops it on the desk. It disappears in the next shot only to reappear from behind the desk when Ursula pulls it out while telling them how many boxes of "Gut Milk" they have to buy to get it.
At the memorial service, Oliver Putnam (Martin Short) fills his plate with carrot sticks. He then picks up one carrot stick, dips it, and takes a bite from it. The camera changes to the other two characters but when it cuts back to Oliver, he is holding a half-eaten piece of celery that he picked up while off-camera.
At the service, Oliver is recording audio with his phone. He then asks Howard if he can record him and then starts recording, even though the phone was already recording, which is normal so the answer is on-record. But his instruction to "say anything if you agree", and accepting Howard's "No" as permission to record, show that he doesn't actually care about getting permission.
When Mabel records her "IN CASE I'M NEXT" video with her laptop, the device isn't recording. Time shows -:-:- and Zero KB file size after she starts her story.
At the end of her story, the clock is at maybe 25 seconds and when Mabel saves the video, it's duration suddenly went to 1:11.
Despite knowing a secret way to get in the building and having seen an unidentified person going up the stairs during the fire alarm, Charles says no one entered or left the building around the time of the murder.
