Well, it appears that I'm the first person reviewing Daniel Werner's "Amor bandido" ("Bandit Love" in English). One would think that in two years someone would've already reviewed it. It turns out that the movie is so obscure that it doesn't have a Wikipedia entry.
Anyway, the movie is about a disillusioned schoolboy who sneaks off to a country house with his teacher, and they begin a love affair, only to see things take a turn for the unpleasant. The movie isn't anything particularly special, although the cast members put on intense performances. One of the things that we see in the movie is that, if you assume all of Latin America to be Mexico, Argentina will give you a shock. I'd like to go there eventually (my parents went there earlier this year).
Not a masterpiece, but okay in a pinch.
