Truth Seekers

Wow. After rewatching all of the other episodes in anticipation for this episode, I am completely stunned. This is by far the best episode so far of the series, even going as far as to surpass Loo Loo Land in its charm and creative writing. Despite being the best of the episodes so far, I have no doubt in my mind that the studio has pulled together more gems for the future that are even better than this episode, considering the episodes are only increasing in quality. This series just keeps getting better and better, and I'm all here for it! I really look forward to the next few episodes of this series.

Truth Seekers may be the newest episode of Helluva Boss to obtain the title of "best episode". The love and effort from everyone who worked on it can be felt through each frame of beautiful animation. Each carefully crafted story piece and each performance from the stellar cast. Combining deep, lengthy character studies and development with gorgeously animated action shots make this episode an absolute joy from start to finish, with some of the most creative artistic work I've seen in a long time.

I don't care that it's been a year and a half since this ep came out, I only just appreciated how flawless it is on my recent rewatch.

EVERYTHING. And I mean EVERYTHING in this episode is perfect. Moments like the interrogation scenes, musical/triply scenes, and ESPECIALLY the fight scenes not to even mention Stolas' chilling entrance would be considered all top ten highlights of the SHOW, let alone one episode.

The animation is stellar, the jokes ALL land, the music is genuinely INCREDIBLE and the voice acting, as always, is fantastic.

Shoutout to Vivzie and the team, you guys did amazing.

Wow.. I watched this episode like 10 times when i first saw it. That fight scene...wow. The Music the choreography, everything is stunning. This should have been the season finale.

Top notch Vivziepop animation here (and lemme tell ya, that's not a low bar) - animation is absolutely gorgeous at times, especially during Blitz and Moxxie's BAD trips and the latter's amazing musical number (Richard Horvitz really does such a number as a singer, so grateful he's here and still shows how it's done after so many years) just like the final fight sequence, which, although a teeny bit lacking, really amazes by the amount of work put into it (it would also be a crime not to mention Stolas' demonic entrance in the end). Naturally, Brandon Rogers and Richard Horvitz continue to provide god-tier performances, all the others are great too. No doubt one of the best YouTube original shows and I'm so glad it exists.
