I was expecting a comedy but I got something else in a good way. Funny, but more importantly reveals something new. Aside from the comic elements, this film is a breakthrough in term of the understanding of laughter versus humor. Laughter really is "hiding in plain sight" as the film suggests. Since seeing Laugology I find I really notice laughter everywhere. Was really affect by this film. Also, one of the few films you will see that makes you feel good. Really. It's a feel good movie. Literally. You actually feel your body chemistry change as you watch. One of the Neuroscientists mentions that laughter is a bad mood override. An interesting idea would be to come home in a bad mood and then watch Laughology. I bet you'll feel different. That's my take.
