Stories We Tell Ourselves

With only one episode left this show has been a complete let down... just like the last few years of the regular show once rick left. The story line is boring, don't care about any of the characters. Only thing good about it is the setting of New York. Unbelievable with the amount of money this franchise has made to put out such low quality entertainment. I guess with the writers strike all the writers with brains aren't working. The walking dead clearly has picked up all the below average writers that are left. I pray to god they don't make another season and just put the walking dead to rest before it becomes even more of a clown show.

I loved this and don't understand the negative reviews. The Walkers for the first time in a long long time were actually scary and threatening(No Spoilers) This for me is the best episode of the Series so far . I'm just about to watch the next .I think Negans gonna go Dark by the final episode its looking that way . Im just waffling now to use up Characters . ASLAN are the greatest Irish Rock Band of all time and if you never heard of them you really Should check them out . THIS IS, A CRAZY WORLD ,AND ITS TO LATE FOR HALLELUJAH. I've still Fifty one Characters to use,the old barn door was the table we had and the table we had was the old barn door.

Currently this show sits in a place for me that it holds my attention. I am neither captivated nor bored by the story. As with anything associated with TWD, the acting and sets are good. While I can say that I miss Negan's evil, ruthless personality it is nice to see Jeffrey Dean Morgan play the character in a different way. The show has promise and it's nice to see that after so much exposure to these characters in TWD and now Dead City, they haven't become completely stale or boring. I believe this show is not for the casual Walking Dead fan but someone who is truly invested in the character progression of Maggie and Negan.

After watching, I firmly believe this show was testing the limits of how many commercials can tolerated before losing viewers. Took me a very long time to finish the only (6) episodes, and the commercials were one of the reasons.

Only (6) episodes? This isn't a GoT level show that's movie quality production, tells several large stories, and fills a season in (10) episodes. Oh wait, this was only a mere (6).

Boring, slow, poor writing. The best of the best survivors once again back to making poor choices all the time.

I do not recommend this at all. The best decision made with this was not to have something like Talking Dead afterwards again.

Maggie, Ginny, Amaia and Tommaso escape from The Croat and the Burazi through the sewer system, which has methane. After a while, Tommaso finds two breathing apparatuses while Amaia question why their plan did not work and the Burazis seem to know that they were coming. Maggie discloses that Tommaso betrayed them and Amaia breaks with her lover. Soon they decide to rest together with a pile of walkers and Amaia is attacked. Tommaso tries to protect her and is also bitten by the walkers. Meanwhile, Negan lures Armstrong and subdues him. But he does not leave the marshal behind and brings him to a school bus and uses the medical kit to clean Armstrong's wound.

"Stories We Tell Ourselves" is a stupid episode of "The Walking Dead: Dead City". In addition to Ginny's appearance in Manhattan, we have also the following situations: (1) Maggie, Ginny, Amali and Tommaso resting from their escape in a sewer crowded of walkers. Did they need to stop in that space to rest? (2) After the deaths of Amaia and Tommaso, there is still a breathing apparatus without use, Why Maggie does not use it and avoid being dizzy and hallucinating? (3) Why Negan shows compassion with a man that wanted to deliver him to the new justice and is delaying his escape? Negan was merciless in many other situations and his attitude is difficult to be explained. This new character of the fifth episode is another difficult to be swallowed. My vote is six.
