Ru

Ru was a slowly progressing series that soothed my soul. I liked it very much, but it was a series that contained many deficiencies in the scenario, sudden transitions and meaningless things. It will be better for the 2nd season.

I expect a more perfect scenario. But please, it doesn't have to be so complicated. It was the dinlingikt that attracted us.

The young friend needs to take acting lessons, and if he does, he should focus on her lessons. Especially the last scene is nice, but the non-existent mother role is not suitable at all, there should have been another character, the series wants a more motherly, more maternal character.

I just watched 2 episodes back to back and I loved it. I really liked the script, directing, music score, and actor performances.

The series continues on by taking you to the beautiful scenes of the Aegean region without getting boring and makes you wonder what's going to happen next.

Along with the Bahadir Karatas's amazing directing the music score by Ahmet Leo Vural is absolutely amazing I think it plays a big role in the series and it really adds up to it. The music that plays at the end of the first episode gives you goosebumps.

In summary outstanding drama that I've never seen anything a like in Turkey which makes the RU so unique in a good way. Well done to those who took a part of it. I highly recommend watching the series to anyone.

First of all, I have to be honest that is this serie is not one star because the series receives more than one star receives at least four but not more than that. The reason it deserves four stars it's because of the actor work zafer alagoz. Unnecessary nakedness is the biggest disappointment of this streaming platform and this cheap story. Segs sells is an old quote. This series also implies that there is romance. Which is cheap. The main character in the series which is at least two minutes naked every episode is also a very weird disappointment. Nobody will understand why she speaks this terrible Turkish and tries to explain to the viewer that her father is Swedish really lol.

I was really looking forward to watch this series, as the story sounded really promising from the very beginning. And after firts two episodes I 100% recommend this drama to everyone. FIrst, you'll be surprised as it is definite step up for Turkish series. Acting, directing, soundtrack - everything is just amazing. The duet of Meryem and Burak Berkay deserves special applause. I was actually suprised at how great they look together! Meryem is experienced and very talented, Burak is a really talended young actor. And together they just attract your attention to the screen. Can't wait to see how this story will unfold.

"Ru" is actually a mediocre series that started off really well but fell apart after the third episode and unfortunately had a terrible ending.

I think that the scriptwriter looked at it and said, "I can't write a decent ending for this story on its own flow, let me come up with something out of nowhere so that people will be surprised at least."

My friend, writing a series or a movie is not like that. You can't draw a path outside the main focus of a story whose main subject is the relationship between two people!

The acting of everyone except Meryem Uzerli is disgraceful. I have never seen a team that can't identify with the characters so much. From Emre Karayel to the guy who played Tumsek, from Uzer's friends (Mete was a bit better) to the guest actress Gonca, everyone was terrible, unfortunately. I'm not even going to get into Sevval Sam's ridiculous style...
