The dynamic between the clones and the Bad Batch makes no sense. At one time, they're shooting stuns at them; the next Wrecker is shooting a freaking cannon at them and obviously killing them! Like what? What's the point of stunning them if that's the case?
I also don't sense any sort of regret when the clones are killed. They are basically their brothers; shouldn't they take less pride in killing them? It would seem they have become the new stormtroopers.
The end of this episode was the best of season 2 so far. However, the tone was so out of place. It kind of caught me off guard how mature it got in that moment.
I really hope this season gets a turnaround.

The second episode completes a great start and gives us some hints for the overall story of the second season!
Story: The story continues on Serenno and we get more character development of Omega and the rest of the Batch. Pacing is perfect and the end starts to build up a huge climax for the end of the show. Classic Star Wars entertainment! (9/10)
Star Wars: This episode gives us more information of the history of Serenno and Count Dooku as the Batch meets someone on the planet. But the most important part of the episode is it's final moment where we get to see in which direction the show will go. Now the first theories will be developed and that is what makes this franchise the best. It's great to have you back The Bad Batch!
Verdict: Star Wars Fans will start to make theories and that is rhe best thing that can happen. Let's see what haters will make out of it!
All in all high quality show that deserves to be watched!

Ok, as may adults, I find Omega quite annoying. Still. I magine the kids watching make like her. I just wish she did not do dumb decisions all the time. But the conversation about the kaleidoscope was wonderful! Omega has never been a real child. I mean, she did not have a normal childhood. In all her life so far she had very little friends and she never got to play with toys like normal kids. I know in a war perhaps there are other children in that situation, but Omega childhood was even more tragic than those ones. So I am glad they did that conversation and reminded us about Omega's life.
The ending of the chapter was also very good.

I'm gonna just talk about the first two episodes together in this review because I don't quite have enough to go off of in just the first one.
I guess it's what one should come to expect from a Star Wars series; a heist, a rescue mission, yada yada more of the same. I liked the first season of this series well enough. It had some good episodes, some great ones even, and some that were just fine. Nothing was offensively bad or anything.
This wasn't offensively bad either, it's just more of the same. I will say I did miss this particular group though. It's good to be back. I knew suits look pretty cool too. The animation is really great, as is all of the set pieces and sound design. It's an entertaining opening episode(s), I just hope the quality is better going forward. Which it likely will be just going off of the ratings on here.

I enjoyed the first two episodes of the second season. It introduced us back to all the characters and the heart of the show.
But even for an animated show with approx. Twenty minutes, it was fairly fast paced. I think they could've combined the first two episodes and make it a bit longer like the did with the first episode in the first season.
The heist arc was very rushed and I felt that if the writing had slowed down a bit and made some effort into showing us a moment where the group is planning the heist (as opposed to them just swoop in and expecting it to work) the stakes would've been higher. But perhaps I expect too much of an animated show with short episodes.
But despite the pacing (it being a little too fast), the episode was very enjoyable and exciting. The character relationships between the bad batch and Omega (especially Echo and Omega) is also worth mentioning.
I can't wait to see what character arcs the show has planned for them all.

¿Sabías que…?
- ErroresTech is hobbled by a broken femur throughout the episode, yet when he boards the Marauder near the end, he jogs up the ramp with ease.
