DELICIOUS

-Lota Chukwu's best performance so far! Playing the role of Kiki in Jenifa's Diary never really gave her the opportunity to fully demonstrate what she was capable of. But in 37 To Go, we got to see her arsenal 😃. She spoke a thousand words with just the look in her eyes portraying Didi

-The brief words and fragmented scenes of the movie puzzled us at first. Didi and Dozie usually uttered short sentences here and there. Howeverrrr, Lota Chukwu had a plan that made sense towards the end. T

-Bravo to the make-up and costume design teams for an elegant work! Didi and Dozie wore vibrant colors in the beginning; then after they got infected, the brightness progressively faded away. Very good to see

-The film spread a message of courage under fire, 'when the going gets tough, the tough get going'. Lota was admonishing us to patiently take time to recover, breathe, and rise again

BLAND

-The camera operators weren't intentional with their movements, particularly when Didi collapsed on the floor towards the end. Shots could have been much closer to the characters to stress the emotions on their eyes, faces, hands, etc.
