Not going to spoil anything, but that episode was insane. It perfectly tied all the pieces together nicely for season 5. The characters all had their perfect arks! I'm both surprised at who died and at who managed to survive! I literally couldn't take my eyes off, this episode was like a race car and the last 10 minutes will blow your mind!! Also Sage!!! I mean come on, she was awesome! The music, editing, writing, intrigue, everything was perfect down to the last minute detail! I enjoyed this season, even though some people disliked it, but the last three episodes were quite good in my opinion and really brought the show back!
On a cliffhanger like that I hope season 5 will be here by fall 2025 or something like that, because I don't know how long I'll be able to wait.
TOP 3 BOYS EPISODES OF ALL TIME.

The hallmark of great writing in shows is when protagonists drive the story instead of just reacting to whatever happens. In this episode so much could have turned out right, but so much turned out wrong - and it was all due to a chain of poor decisions by several protagonists, and the consequences of those decisions. That was definitely very fresh compared to the usual fare in htis show, where the status quo is perturbed only slightly most of the time. The time has come to pay the piper this time around, that's for sure! There's also very satisfying payoff for the Kimiko & Frenchie arc, which was prematurely criticized by a lot of viewers after the early episodes of the season (a lesson not to judge the story before the season is over). There is constant emotional whiplash and tone shifts, the episode is densely jam-packed with action and events which makes it feel much longer than it is, and there is an unusual post-credits scene that also shouldn't be missed. Overall, tragedy is in the air, there are a lot of loose threads left, which sets up perfectly for season 2 of Gen V and season 5 of this show afterwards. It's quite possibly the best season ending thus far in this show. The highs this episode reaches really remind of the truly great TV shows such as Breaking Bad, and I'm not even exaggerating. An absolute knockout, highly recomended.
Season 4 of The Boys was clearly a set up season for Season 5. It lacked a clear central narrative and sometimes felt like a bunch of unconnected things happening. Fortunately, all of those individual plots and character arch's came together in episode 8 for an incredible finale. From start to finish, this episode is incredibly exciting. It is genuinely one of the best episodes of this show so far (second to maybe Herogasm) and it really cleverly sneaks in reveals that will change the whole dynamic the final season. Mainly, it injects some much needed momentum back into the show and I couldn't be more excited to see how season 5 plays out.
Oh my god where do I even begin? Craziest episode of The Boys, in my opinion beating it's best episode until now, Herogasm. Quoting the director himself Eric Kripke, nothing will EVER be the same. Action packed, a lot of plot twists, and shocking to say the least.
No spoilers will be given but dear god my heart is pounding, I screamed a lot for this episode, you will have anxiety from start to finish and it will keep you wondering, what road this single episode will lead to the fifth and final season of the story.
Every character in this episode went CRAZY, every single one of them, best episode of The Boys EVER.

Made a whole account just to rate and write about this. This episode was the best episode in the whole entire show. Better than herogasm better than all of that. This was a top tier episode I promise you. Really good plot twists. Everything that you thought would happen in this episode ends up taking a different and much much much better turn. It's still taking me time to process all of this because it is too crazy. I need season 5 or gen v right away. I need it asap. I need to watch more I have jitters currently. I came in and started watching this episode thinking it was going to be a pretty good episode. Well they over exceeded my expectations. I love this show. I need more.
