Morck is seen in his office watching the body worn video footage of Officer Anderson showing the shooting at Leith Park. The scene then clearly shows the Camera on Anderson flashing green, which indicates that the camera was buffering during the time of the shooting and therefore would not have recorded the incident. This type of body worn camera has a solid red circle when recording.
