Treating Ourselves

Adult Time's DVD "Treating Ourselves" delivers a couple of Transfixed segments from dissimilar series, one about sexy medical exams and the other using the word "treating" as giving oneself treat, namely sex on vacation.

Title scene: Its simpe scenario has a lesbian transsexual couple Shiri Allwood and Ella Hollywood getting a massage at a resort and easily seducing the smiling masseuse Christy Love.

Resulting lesbian threesome features many, many changes of position and plenty of passionate oohs and ahhs. It would probably have played much the same as a regular lesbian scene, but here has a couple of cocks and money shots on display.

Medical vignette is "The Physical Returns", an entertaining sequel to a wonderful scene ("The Physical") in which lecherous doctor Dee Williams gives Khloe Kay a a physical and lots of sex when she discovers the girl has a nice dick.

Khloe Kay returns with a whole new look (new big boobs and less fake suntan) as a nurse in this sequel to the popular Dee Williams as horny doctor saga.

Added is another trans-female star with a new look: Ella Hollywood as a shy new patient, now no longer a blonde but a brunette with bangs nearly covering her eyes. That's the only part of the body left covered in this amusing and arousing feature-length vignette.

Of course Dr. Williams dominates the show once more, and distinctive enough to have already generated two further sequels released in 2022. Format is similar to that of massage porn: a long, slowly paced buildup as patient Ella is taken painstakingly through a physical exam led by Dee and nurse Kay, until a sexual exam, testing the patient's sexual stimulation bring the movie to pleasurable XXX 3-way action.

I just noticed in IMDb that Ella's gender has been changed to male, with her called an "Actor", no longer the actress we know from transsexual/lesbian roles. This is confusing since her hundreds of peer as transsexual video stars in Adult Entertainment are commonly referred to as Actresses. Of course, the word actor is preferred to still using "actress", though for many matters like handing out Tony or Emmy or Oscar awards it's still a good idea to retain the actress category. Reason for the change I discovered via Ella's OnlyFans listing where she self-identies herself as "he/they". Adding to the confusion is IMDb's still unsettled rules/policies -the wish to have people self-identify is laudable, yet the database continues to muddy the water, as Ella has changed her name years ago to Jean Hollywood but IMDb continues to list them (yes, I'm trying to conform properly) as Ella Hollywood. Note that an even more confusing situation exists with Lucy Hart, well-known as Gay Porn star Lance Hart, but who a year ago transitioned physically to trans-female renaming themself as Lucy. Now in IMDb Lucy self-identifies as "she" in their self-submitted bio, but is classified as Actor.
