Eleven is a Tamil-Telugu thriller that roars like a masala-fueled rocket.
Freshman director Lokkesh Ajls, a Sundar C protégé, unleashes a wild ride with ACP Aravind (Naveen Chandra) chasing a twisted serial killer torching twins in Vizag's gritty streets. It's got Se7en's dark pulse but with a spicy South Indian kick.
Chandra is a total boss, his steely cop vibe oozing intensity... think brooding hero with a badge. Shashank and Abhirami bring solid backup, but Reyaa Hari's heroine feels like a soggy dosa, undercooked and out of place.
Lokkesh's direction pops with neon-soaked visuals, and Karthik Ashokan's cinematography makes Vizag a moody, menacing star. D. Imman's score slaps, though some tracks are louder than a Diwali cracker.
The first half rockets with slick chases and chilling kills, but the middle stalls with a draggy love track and overdone flashbacks that sap the buzz. Clocking in at 136 minutes, it could've shed 15 for max impact. The climax, though, is a firecracker, delivering a twist that's juicy, if a bit guessable.
Eleven's a bold, bumpy banger-perfect for thriller junkies. 7.5/10.

Recently seen movie with positive reviews on internet..movie start with serial killing... investigation is ok but thrill moments are great... you easily engage with character from starting.. actors has done decent amount of performance... direction is well made....last twist in end is also satisfied... overall must watch movie.
If you're tired of overhyped star-studded films packed with unnecessary drama, romance, and item numbers, Eleven is your antidote. This indie mystery crime thriller cuts through all the cinematic noise with a tightly written plot, sharp direction, and an absolutely gripping narrative.
With no big stars, no familiar faces, and zero reliance on glamour, Eleven does what many high-budget films fail to - it keeps you hooked from start to finish. The story unfolds with a slow burn, but the build-up is masterfully executed, pulling you deeper into the mystery with every scene.
There are no distractions - no forced love angles, no song breaks, no over-the-top action. Just pure storytelling, rich atmosphere, and a web of twists and turns that hit hard when you least expect them. It respects your intelligence and rewards your patience.
What truly stands out is the tight script and editing - every scene matters. The characters, though unfamiliar, feel real and grounded. You won't find a single wasted moment or flashy gimmick here.
In short, Eleven is a refreshing, raw, and absolutely worthwhile watch for anyone who craves real thrillers - no fluff, just story.

I went to see this movie without even watching it's trailer just for a Sunday entertainment. But this turn out to be one of the fantastic thriller with exceptional story which I haven't seen in so many years.
The twist towards the end was 100% unpredictable, and the director packed with more twist even till the last minute which shows his brilliance.
The plot may look unnatural, but at the same time it is even unheard also gripping the audience till the end of the movie.
To put in short, this is not the usual crime thriller type of movies which you would be watching since a long time.
There are few loose ends towards the beginning of the movie, but the movie is purely worth watching.

The underlying story has great potential and could've been made into a super-hit movie. Most of the actors were terrible and seemed either robotic or too dramatic in most scenes. There was an unnecessary romantic spin added in-between (maybe to appease Indian audiences) that was so cringe-worthy! Some of the plot points especially at the end didn't even make sense and felt like the director had given up. So many scenes cut at odd/weird instances. The movie actually ended better than I expected which was the only silver lining. Overall I wished this story - that had so much potential, was made into a much better movie that didn't make me question why I was watching it during the 2 hour ordeal.
¿Sabías que…?
- Errores30 min in, when the hero's police jeep breaks down and he takes a lift in car, the next scene shows him reaching the hospital in his own police jeep.
