I liked how this ep was constructed, I was worried that Wong would be explored in a bad way but everything was very balanced, I don't like how the president becomes childish throughout some of the eps in which he participates, but it's something that can be seen get used to.
I also liked how Unity was highlighted, with a certain emotional appeal in Rick's life that hadn't been clear before, another one of so many situations in which we realize that Rick needs to hold on and continue moving forward. I think this feeling will continue in the next episodes, but I also hope that some will have simpler stories with humor in the style of the first seasons.

In the last 2 seasons Rick and morty has lacked the magic captured in the beginning of the show. Ep 3 is not a perfect representation of what was but bringing back some familiar faces and continuing to develop president Curtis is definitely a step in the right direction. Where is Morty why is he being hidden? Why has this turned into the Rick show although we have some magic we still aren't seeing the banter between these two iconic characters we all love. Maybe it's due to the change in cast but if these next Couple episodes show the same lack of Rick and Morty in Rick and Morty season 8 may become a Cronenberg version of this beloved show.
Low stakes story with not much in relation to the overall story progression. This is outlined very early and allows for a laid back viewing.
Some of the scenes made me belly laugh hard.
The president is an excellent character, but feels overused At this point. Give him a break for a season or two.
Contrary to this, the episode is actually a good demonstration of repeat characters making a good episode, at least for the purpose of a short-story.
The positive talk about mental health maintenance is a nice overtone in the episode.
Not what I would call a "Classic" or "Top Tier" episode, but a very easy and enjoyable watch.

This episode was just okay for me. I think the best part was probably Rick, who is as awesome as ever. The first two thirds of this episode are quite good, but it kind of goes off rails in the last third. It was nice to see Unity back. Hey, an old character I remember! It just seemed kind of out of character for the President to infect everyone just to get with Rick's therapist.
You really don't need to see all this throwing up in each other's mouths. Admittedly, the show as done worse things, but this came off as too crude. I kind of missed Morty. Wait, why doesn't Rick just tell Unity that he came from another dimension? Did Unity travel between Universes? Well, she is a God-like being so maybe she can do that. **1/2.

This episode suffers on several levels. First, there's a recycling of ideas that doesn't really work. The audience is supposed to already know about the conceit of the recurring character, and furthermore we aren't really reminded of any of Rick's emotional connection to her until the end of the episode. The writing is relatively predictable, and there's a noticeable drop-off in attempts to add jokes-real jokes-to the script.
This is also unfortunately the first episode in which Ian Cardoni and Harry Belden's performances are not comedically up to par, and neither are the returning guest stars. Cardoni also really misses a chance to show off Rick's pathos. And sadly Belden's Morty still falls very flat in every scene, and is written in so little that this season 7 is basically "The Adventures of Rick." Sarandon seems outright bored. Hendricks carries the scenes that she's in, but she's written into too few of them to make much of a difference. This is on top of failures in sound editing (stepping on each other's lines).
Overall, the animation is top-notch, but I think the show's end is pretty much here.

- ErroresEarly on, Rick refers beguilingly to Unity as they and them- a play on gender politics. However, shortly afterward and very frequently, Unity - a Borg spoof - refers to itself as me and I and even the therapist misgenders Unity by using her and herself.
