Despicable episode. There is no mystery. No event that needs to be solved or one that has been solved by the episode's subject matter.
We're simply told a few stories about trips to haunted locations. No original footage.
Funny that everyone involved in these stories/trips has spent years involved in paranormal investigations, of course they have a stake and emotional investment to want to believe what they think they feel.
The so called skeptics of Don aren't really skeptics. They're either in on this scam or stupidly vulnerable
This episode might have scored a 5/10 if there was an actual case that Don assisted with, or if they spent the latter half with a completely independent non-belieber scrutinising and testing all aspects of these people's work.
Recorders play a big part in "proving" an entity is real, but as a lot of viewers point out: Have an actual non-believer with the team, once they get to the location, open a pair of brand new recorders and see how true it is.
One of the worst episodes there will ever be in the UM series.

The episode is 95% one sided, in that in spends so much time telling the sighting stories and showing how frequent the sightings are per their data from 'vetted' witnesses.
By contrast, it provides maybe 2 minutes of disputing the sightings, which is put down to imagination or a big bird. Why is there not someone on the opposing side raising the common sense questions: "Camera phones?" "Dashcams?" "Public CCTV?" "Did neighbours hear that deafening screech too?"
In the final act, we also get some extreme theories of these creatures being interdimensional or that they appear when something bad is about to happen. Laughable.
Most episodes leave me with so many facts and theories floating around in my head and how they link with the story, but this episode just made me wonder if the producers were out of ideas/budget? Revisited an old episode with still no hard evidence, just people telling their stories.
Let's get back to mysteries that are based on actual events.

Low stakes story with not much in relation to the overall story progression. This is outlined very early and allows for a laid back viewing.
Some of the scenes made me belly laugh hard.
The president is an excellent character, but feels overused At this point. Give him a break for a season or two.
Contrary to this, the episode is actually a good demonstration of repeat characters making a good episode, at least for the purpose of a short-story.
The positive talk about mental health maintenance is a nice overtone in the episode.
Not what I would call a "Classic" or "Top Tier" episode, but a very easy and enjoyable watch.
