When Jeremy Whitelock meets Timothy Winthrop at the latter's office, the orientation of Jeremy's arms changes from cut to cut as he sits down. At one moment, he has his arms on the chair's armrest, then on the next cut, his hands are clasped, and then in the quick cut, his arms are back on the chair's armrest.
In the final boat scene, when the Jackal sets up his gear, there is another black boat visible in the shot (minute 41:43).
The reaction of Ulle Dag Charles' security detail to the sniper threat makes no sense. They knew the sniper was on the motor boat but failed to keep the jet ski between the principal and the known sniper position. It was the logical thing to do and the Jackal would have never gotten a shot.
