In the opening scene when Reacher says that "Surfin' Safari" by the Beach Boys was a rip-off of Chuck Berry's "Sweet Little Sixteen," it was actually "Surfin' USA" that ripped off that Chuck Berry song. "Surfin' USA" was originally credited solely to Brian Wilson, but Chuck Berry's name was subsequently added as one of the songwriters.
When Chapman fires what appears to be a .44 Magnum, or at least a .357 Magnum, in the barn, standing next to Reacher, the gun sounds like a small caliber .22 & neither character even flinches. In reality, that weapon, especially in close quarters, would've been loud enough to cause temporary hearing loss and possibly permanent ear damage.
Duffy's claim that a search warrant for surveillance was bad isn't remotely legally possible. As a plot device, it shows their motivation, but it wouldn't happen in the real world.
During the initial shootout Reacher has a revolver and fires at least seven shots without reloading. Reacher appears to be using a Smith & Wesson Model 629 .44 Magnum, which only holds six rounds. Also the cylinder of a double action revolver doesn't make a clicking sound when it is spun while being loaded, only single action revolvers do.
Chapman shoots a metal can in the barn, but the metal where the bullet entered is peeling outward, like an exit wound. The hole in the can should've been only slight wider than the slug that entered it. That's basic stuff everyone knows.
Agent Duffy says to Reacher, "You used the name Rob Refsnyder, you don't look like a middle infielder." Rob Refsnyder is actually an outfielder for the Boston Red Sox, not an infielder.
Rob Refsnyder initially came up to the Major Leagues as a 2nd baseman, definitely a middle infielder, though in recent years he has played only in the outfield.

During the morning meeting at the diner, Agent Elliot says that he was "at the Kinko's first thing copying files". Kinko's hasn't existed since 2008.
At 33:50, right after Reacher and Duffy cross the street, they begin walking in front of Goose Island Brewery. When they walk past the first window, you can see four Reacher fans (or extras) staring hard at the actors as they walk by, with two of them actually recording them (or taking photos of them) on their cell phones.
