The white bands on Captain America's sleeves are missing in some shots.
Before Gyrich is suffocated in bed, his glasses are prominently placed on his face. As he his being smothered his hands flail around but are empty, and his glasses are still on his face. Then when he dies and the monitor flat-lines, his limp hand drops his glasses on the floor, even though he wasn't holding them.
Before Gyrich is suffocated in bed, there is an overhead shot showing his bedside cabinet, with a lamp and radio on, but no glasses. His murderer then picks up Gyrich's glasses from in front of the radio on the cabinet, even though they were not previously there.
As Cyclops speaks to President Kelly via hologram, Kelly is reflected in Scott's glasses in several shots. However, his image is not mirrored. Notice that his jacket pocket remains on his left breast continuously.
