When Ellie is getting dragged towards the clearing and the noose one of the Scars pulls her chrome Beretta automatic out of her holster and throws it to the floor but when they drop her and she looks towards the gun on the floor it is Joels revolver that is lying there.
The football stadium was flipped north/south; when you look north (and see the Seattle skyscrapers behind the stadium) you should see the "Hawk's Nest" seating section, not the "Fan Deck". The video game showed the stadium oriented correctly.
The entire water sequence is inconsistent and illogical on multiple fronts. Ellie is traveling south (parallel to the shore) through a storm that's clearly creating waves moving east (towards the shore - as shown in previous shots). Suddenly, she is hit head-on by a massive wave traveling north (unlike all other waves), but somehow immediately washes up on Bainbridge Island, which is ten miles to the west. In the video game, Bainbridge Island is considerably closer than ten miles, but Ellie after being capsized she ends up on a rocky outcrop near the aquarium without the island detour.
Jessie struggles to open a door because he's pulling it shut against the doorjamb rather than trying to push it to open. The reverse angle from inside the room shows the door opening inwards.
