Jessica Camacho's Amber Oliveras brings raw passion, her personal stakes finally starting to surface, while Eric Dane's Nathan Blythe offers a rare glimpse of vulnerability, which is a welcome shift.

But the dialogue still dips into cheesy territory, and the plot's reliance on tech-thriller clichés feels a bit knackered. The team's banter is sharp but lacks the emotional heft to really pull you in.

What's got me curious? A subtle nod to Meachum's family ties and Oliveras' inner turmoil hint at deeper arcs. The show's got energy to burn, but it needs to ditch the predictable beats.
