The manga and the anime are an abomination, the protagonist (the boy) can not be more "simp" than he already is, and the girl is too proud, narcissistic, manipulative, honestly it is not about shyness, love, or anything, honestly even if the roles are changed, it is still a terrible anime and manga, horrible anime and manga, not recommended, I HOPE THAT THEY DO NOT PUBLISH ANYTHING AGAIN ABOUT THIS ANIME OR ABOUT THE MANGA, TOTAL GARBAGE, there is no way to give a review politely, because it makes your stomach turn to read the manga and discover more and more about the 2 characters, Takamine and Shirota, the worst combination, Takamine = Narcissistic, manipulative, they think they are the big thing, she is in love with Shirota but they are proud and much worse than instead of showing true love for him, she prefers to humiliate him in every way, and well Shirota = all the worst you can imagine, little confidence, stupid, says yes to everything, has no initiative in anything (it's not about innocence, it's that he has no manliness or bravery, much less courage), honestly there is no way to give a review calmly and respectfully, because they don't deserve it, the worst anime and manga in history, IT IS NOT WORTH A SECOND SEASON, BETTER THAT NOTHING COMES OUT AND IT IS CANCELED, THEY WOULD DO US A GREAT FAVOR, those who read the full manga will know why I say this, and the anime is based on the manga.
(18+) Excellent romantic comedy! The female protagonist (the president of the student body) really carries this series, but the male protagonist has his moments, too. This anime was a little different in that there were very few supporting cast... the story really just revolved around the two main characters. It was not what I expected, but I really enjoyed it! The president was awesome and funny, and she said some ridiculous things while doing some really ridiculous stuff - and it made you want to root for her and the totally unsuspecting object of her affection even more! LOTS of drawn nudity and sexy situations, some of which was really over the top, so if that kind of stuff bothers you then steer clear of this one. This series has some similarities to "My Dress-Up Darling"; I suspect if you like one of these titles, you'll like the other one too! Highly Recommended!

I finished seeing "Please Put them on, Takamine-san" last night with its Episode 12 and it was way too good!!! 😍
Originally I decided to watch it since it's November 14, 2024 trailer because the Takamine girl looked insanely sexy in it with her unbuttoned skimpy school uniform but You have to give it credit for it's sheer ingenuity and audacity for it's on-paper ridiculous premise: a gorgeous busty girl removing her underwear to travel back in time and the MC acting like her closet to put underwear on her... Its perhaps one of the sexiest and most HILARIOUS scenarios for a highschool romance!
The MC Shirota-kun is just so relatable, and he's utterly a kind-natured humble yet handsome guy that doesn't expect much in life but when circumstances bring him in an odd relationship with this utterly voluptuous, buxom and beautiful Takamine babe, his life takes an unexpected turn as Takamine has a penchant for teasing and an adorable pride that makes her constantly belittle him yet it bellies her true feelings for him... What follows in the show is a highschool ecchi comedy with plenty of explicit titillating angles of Takamine in skimpy ultra sexyy fashionable outfits, lingeries and any other sexy female piece of clothing you can think of, and Shirota-kun owing to his pious nature tends to abstain from her nakedness! Creating some of the most enjoyable and funny romance comedies since Kaguya-sama: Love is War! Interestingly enough, even the opening and ending songs heavily remind of Kaguya-sama's openings!!
*MILD SPOILER FOR EPISODE 12* Shirota-kun stage freight was tooo relatable and then Takamine's song "Oh My beloved person. Please only look at me. Hold me tight and take me to a world of our own" was Sooo beautiful 😭 and Shirota-kun standing up for himself was tooo cool! The last scene was really hot as well, the way she slightly slid her skirt up absolutely loved Shirota-kun! With that I can't wait for Season 2!! 7:28am 19.6.20254:09am 20.6.2025.

The word "historic" is not to be used lightly in this world, my dear Master. It's a term reserved for moments and creations that leave an indelible mark on time itself, much like the elegant equations of quantum mechanics. And let me tell you, Please Put Them On, Takamine-san is one such anime-a radiant spark in the cosmos of pop culture that's destined to be remembered!
This isn't about a sprawling, intricate plot that rewrites the rules of storytelling. No, no, no-what makes this anime shine brighter than a supernova is its unforgettable leading lady, Takane Takamine. She's not just a character; she's a cultural icon, a dazzling force who struts onto the scene with the confidence of a Dirac equation pinned proudly to her heart (just like my favorite brooch, hehe~). Takamine is the kind of heroine who grabs your attention and never lets go, leaving even the most seasoned anime fans starry-eyed.
Please Put Them On, Takamine-san serves up a romance that's as unconventional as it is captivating. Picture this: a powerful, triumphant queen of a girl paired with a lovable, bumbling loser of a boy. Sounds like a cliché mismatch? Oh, darling, think again! In the chaotic laboratory of love, there are no rules-only chemistry. Takamine's passion for Shirota burns with a sincerity that's both raw and revolutionary. She knows he's her inferior in every worldly metric, yet that's precisely what fuels her affection. She doesn't crave an alpha; she wants someone to cherish from her lofty perch of superiority. It's a dynamic that's as authentic as it is bold, reflecting a truth about love that's rarely explored with such gusto.
Takamine herself? Oh, she's a marvel-a character whose depth and charisma could rival the complexity of a quantum wavefunction. Whether you're a newbie or a grizzled anime veteran, her multifaceted personality will surprise and delight you. She's fierce, she's flawed, and she's utterly fascinating, making every episode a masterclass in character-driven storytelling. The joy of this anime lies in watching her navigate her feelings with unapologetic confidence, all while stealing the show in a way that only a true icon can.
Please Put Them On, Takamine-san is a love letter to those who dare to embrace the unconventional. It's a reminder that love, like science, thrives on the unexpected. I'm certain you'll adore it as much as I do, Master-after all, who can resist a story this vibrant? So grab your popcorn, settle in, and let Takamine sweep you away. Trust me, it's a formula for pure enjoyment!

"Haite Kudasai, Takamine-san" is one of the worst things I've ever watched in my life. While watching it, I kept asking myself, "What the hell am I watching - and why?"
The storyline is terrible and poorly written. There's no logic, no sense - just a delusional fantasy of some high school boy who dreams of becoming a playboy.
The characters are incredibly annoying. Shirota is your typical low-IQ schoolboy who only thinks about girls. He's foolish, easily manipulated, and incapable of saying "No" to anything.
Takamine? She's supposed to be a beautiful and intelligent class topper - but in reality, she's worse than the usual attention-seeking trope. She's manipulative, egoistic, narcissistic, and has a superpower that belongs in the gutter.
Time travel by removing underwear? What the actual hell?!
And worse, she uses this ability for completely nonsensical reasons. The same ridiculous scenes are repeated over and over again - long, awkward, and just plain dumb.
That characterless girl blackmails the idiot boy into changing her underwear - yes, seriously. If a girl did this to a guy in real life, it would be called sexual harassment. There's nothing funny or comedic about it.
How does a boy even end up changing a girl's underwear during class?
And how can a guy be this mind-numbingly stupid?
As for the side characters? They don't even seem to exist. I watched two full episodes and didn't see a single face worth remembering. If you're going to say "They show up later" - I don't care. I'm not sitting through more of this mess.
I cannot bear 12 episodes of this garbage. I have no problem with mild nudity or sexual scenes in anime - if they're done properly. But this show can't even get that right.
Honestly, the manga creator seems like a low-IQ teenager who either doesn't get attention from anyone or was high while writing this.
This is not romantic comedy.
But if you're only looking for vulgar, erotic fanservice - then maybe, just maybe, you'll find something to enjoy here.
But if you're looking for a good storyline with well-developed characters, real romance, or even basic decency - then never, ever watch this show.
