Episode 9 touched me deeply, especially the scene between Jin-Woo and his mother. After so much suffering and challenges, seeing Jin-Woo finally complete the Elixir of Life and return to the hospital to heal his mother was an incredibly emotional moment. Jin-Woo's dedication and unconditional love towards his mother is seen in every gesture and look, and I couldn't help but feel an emotional connection to this scene. When Jinwoo administers the Elixir of Life, the atmosphere is filled with hope and anticipation. The music and animation enhance every detail, making the experience even more impactful. Jin-Woo's vulnerability in this moment made me empathize with his character even more, and seeing his mother's recovery after so much suffering was an immense relief. This episode really knows how to tug at the heartstrings and highlight human connections. The relationship between Jin-Woo and his mother is the heart of this chapter, and his recovery is a testament to the protagonist's love and determination. This episode certainly deserves a 10/10 for its ability to evoke such powerful emotions.
We have all been waiting to see jin woo tears for his mother, this episode just make my heart melt , the music , the moon , the tears everything was perfect in this scene it couldn't have been done better , i m rewatching the scene again and again and each time my tears come back . This is was just perfect thank you to all people who worked in this episode you have all my respect, yet people will still complain to this episode saying there wasn't many action , just one thing for the haters just accept the fact that your fav anime isn't as good as you thought it was , solo levelling brings everything you can ask for . People who don't cry seeing this and keep giving it a poor rating are either people without heart or people who doesn't know the true love of a mother , a mother is all man weakness.
I have read both novel and manhwa and Solo Leveling anime as a whole is making up for the hype.
The fact that they cut a lot of things from manhwa and still make the anime so good is a really good job.
It is slowly building the tension in the episodes so you can understand the world and the system until there is an hyped fight --> like in this episode.
If you are a gamer then it is as it is in the games. You level, you build gear, you beat boss and again.
The fights are so flashy and godly animated that honestly i think there is not any better animated fights in the anime "world".
Some people can hate the overhype ornrotective people. But for gamers and people that like this style it is simply the best.

I fully agree with you. Beneath the flashy well animated and entertaining fights lies a story that does not compare to masterpieces like Deadpool & Wollverine you rated 10/10 on your profile.
How could anyone like the show based on the popular mahnwa with its main selling point beeing flashy fights?
Disgraceful.
Without a doubt the ANIMATION studio should have just rewrote the story to contain Tolkien levels of worldbuilding!
As we all know the ANIMATION studio is responsible for the source material as its name suggests. And how dare they make the best off what they have?!
Good one you for giving its most liked episode 1/10.

This episode was essentially the culmination of Jinwoo's journey so far! This was the perfect bridge between everything we have seen so far, and the greatness yet to come!
This was an experience that ended up being way more emotional than I was prepared for! Really beatifull tear-jercking scene, and of my favotite scenes in terms of story and pay off! Animation was amazing down to every single frame!
As the fourth raid on Jeju Island is announced, anyone who has read the manga can already feel the immense excitement! This is where Solo Leveling is about to get really good!
Overall every episode makes me more excited for the next!
