Akkenam

I'd say the songs and BGM are definitely the heart of Akkenam. Arun Pandian's portions and some of the flashback scenes could've been handled better, but Keerthi delivered a superb performance. The child artist were beautiful to watch. The supporting cast too did their part well. Story-wise though, I felt a dip at certain points. The screenplay could've been tighter, and I just wish the storytelling matched the strength of the performances and music.

This is very badly crafted movie - Keerthi Pandian had tried valiantly - but quite honestly, the story, script, direction, screenplay, music and sound design were so horrible - it did not help whatsoever.

This was so horribly written - no character feels real, there is no organic flow - it seems the director only wanted some action sequences - rest the movie, the buildup, setting, logical coherance, motivation nothing - heck we dont know why anyone is doing what they are doing and it is full of cliches

Giving 3 stars for some of the brief scenes(specifically action sequences involving Keerthi) - but otherwise would have give n it just 2 / 10.

Akkenam is a complete letdown with a dragging storyline and weak script that fails to hold attention. The pacing is painfully slow, making even the short runtime feel like a stretch. Performances are underwhelming across the board, lacking depth or emotion. Despite the potential for a gripping narrative, poor direction and lazy execution ruin the experience. One of the dragging stories with a weak script and moreover poor performances-totally a waste of time. A disappointing watch with nothing memorable to offer.

Akkenam is a decent watch with an interesting premise. The first half keeps you hooked, especially Interval scene super ah engage pannuchu but the second half slows down and lacks the same intensity. Overall worth a onetime watch. GM Sundar Character and background music lam nalla irundhudhu. Climax song super Villain character Arc Should have done better.
