There we go!

Finally we are back to the feeling of the first season! The first three episodes were a pretty rocky start to follow up a great first season but this episode and the one before has really brought it back around. Just watching this race scene compared to the earlier one at the Dolls' base is like night and day. We want more of this!

Trivia
Rob Zombie's song "Dragula" is heard when the tournament begins. His music was a part of the game Twisted Metal 4 (1999), in which he was also a playable character. After "Dragula" ends, the next song heard resembles a remixed version of "Rooftop Theme", which was part of the last stage in the first Twisted Metal game from 1995.
