Meanwhile, Tim's plodding investigation in the outside world is finally starting to bear fruit, with his storyline weaving ever closer to the main event. It's all rather compelling, even if you haven't cracked the book.
The show's still pulling its punches a tad on some of the more gruesome details, which might irk the purists, but it keeps the momentum going. It's a solid, unsettling chapter that keeps the mystery bubbling nicely. Not quite a full-throttle sprint, but it's certainly not dawdling either.
