WWE: Increíble

People were so afraid that the series was going to "expose" the business, ruin "the magic", reveal "the secrets", put an end to the suspension of disbelief. From the very beginning I couldn't understand this sentiment - conceptually, "Unreal" doesn't bring anything new to the table. All the behind-the-scenes we already could see in different documentaries and backstage videos that WWE has released over the last decade or so. The only thing that had never been shown before was the writers room, or, to be more precise, the very process of deciding what major course of action to take next. Other than that, it's basically "AEW: All Access" on steroids. Pro wrestling constantly evoloves - who knows how much of the behind-the-scenes was a shoot and how much was a work. We live in the era of the new kayfabe, which means you never know when you're not being worked. At the end of the day, WWE showed you what it WANTED to show you, and you only saw what you were ALLOWED to see.

Most in depth and revealing look at the inner workings of WWE more than ever shown before in any other WWE documentary series. You get a greater understanding of what goes thru the minds of the performers themselves, the challenges they face/overcome and then the WWE Management team's perspective explaining why they made certain choices and what they are aiming to achieve. While I have loved watching it, just for me personally it's still a little too "unreal" with obvious efforts made to preserve a perfect almost wholesome image of WWE rather than going totally raw and including the ugly moments which surely do also occur backstage there.

As a fan of WWE and a fan of behind the scenes details of movies/TV shows, this absolutely hit home for me. WWE has put out some great documentaries in the past and this is no exception. You can also notice the Netflix production style evident in this show. This is a series that both wrestling marks and non wrestling fans can enjoy.

This is an excellent documentary series that shows you everything you might want to know about the WWE and professional wrestling, however, it breaks kafabe so I can't give it the full 10 stars as the entire series is basically a spoiler. I'm really impressed with the level of insight the WWE gave into its latest storylines, and it was interesting to see the way stories can change.

Behind the scenes look of something I've followed my whole life. I love it. You see a lot more of the human side of wrestling. The nerves, the thought, the emotions. Makes me appreciate even more what these performers do for our entertainment. Great series. I hope they do more of these going forward.
