Eight episodes into resurrection and it is clear that the franchise had put that original ending far behind it. Original Sin was an honest to god 9/10. Also ending considered I didn't hate New Blood. The writing, cinematography and acting in this is absolutely incredible. The meshing of storylines as well as the layering of the story. True Detective, Game of Thrones and other franchises that fell off could learn a thing or two from what Dexter has done. (The Walking Dead's last three weren't bad either but that's another story)

So We have the most overhated series in history here. Can someone tell me why each episode is 9.0, 8.7, 8.6, 8.2, 8.0 and 8.6 and still ends up with an overall of 7.7?. Or how the RT scores have tanked all of a sudden out of the blue?

I'll tell you it's because of the intentional downvoting. The Ones who live was absolutely impeccable from beginning to end and the only problem is it was a bit rushed and which is what people were complaining about with the last series being dragged out. The writing m, acting and cinematography were on point. I cannot speak for the other two spin offs but this is ridiculous.

I'm sorry to say at this point the intentional downvoting is a twisted trend that has to be disrespectfully disregarded.

Tell me how the entire votes average 7.1 for the whole series but the lowest rating for is a 7.3 and every other is above that?

Tell me why the ones who live has every episode between 8.4 and 9.0 but the avg rating for the series is a 7.8.

Tell me why that every positive and true review always has a thumbs down no matter how good the episode was?

The way I see it the downvoting has become such a regurgitated overhating trend it's become null and void so in reality a 7.5 is probably a 8.

Someone had to call it out. Solid finale.

This franchise has been on the upswing ever since season 9 and that's that.
