Metro... In Dino" is a soulful film that beautifully weaves together multiple urban love stories. With Anurag Basu's signature storytelling, the narrative captures the struggles and tenderness of modern relationships. The music by Pritam, especially the title track, elevates emotions and stays with you. Performances are heartfelt, with each character adding depth and realism. Though a little slow in parts, the film's charm lies in its simplicity, relatable themes, and poetic visuals. A warm, engaging watch for lovers of meaningful cinema.
"Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan" completely won my heart. Vikrant Massey was an absolute beast in this film - intense, powerful, and full of emotion. Every time he was on screen, he owned it. Shanaya Kapoor, on the other hand, was pure beauty - soft, charming, and full of grace. Together, they made a perfect pair. The story felt real, the emotions hit deep, and their chemistry was amazing. It truly felt like watching Beauty and the Beast - a mix of strength and softness, pain and love. I didn't want it to end. For me, this movie is a solid 10 out of 10!"
Trance is a visually rich but ultimately hollow film. Despite Fahadh Faasil's intense performance, the film suffers from excessive style over substance. The plot, which starts with promise, soon spirals into chaos with a weak script and over-the-top dramatics. Characters are underdeveloped, and the narrative becomes confusing and preachy. Director Anwar Rasheed attempts to explore deep themes but ends up delivering a muddled experience. The background score and visuals try hard to compensate, but can't save the film from collapsing under its own weight. Trance is a missed opportunity, more flash than depth, and far from satisfying.
