A jumbled stew, part Dracula (Count Orlok), part Smiegel (Herr Knock), and part Exorcist (Ellen Hutter). Watchable but not repeatable.
Works for me: Cinematography, sets, costumes, makeup, props and lighting. Note all 4 Oscar nominations were for non acting or directional roles!
Doesn't work for me: Character development, storyline, believability.
Best line?
"I am an appetite, nothing more" Mwahahahahaha!! Wtf.
With the gold Orlok traded for Ellen Hutter, he could have bought himself a harem and satisfied his appetite a thousand times over.
