Mor began his acting career at the Ohel Theater in Tel Aviv. He was the founder of the Batzal Yarok entertainment troupe, and performed in most Israeli theaters. He acted in "The Trial" and other plays at the Haifa Theater; in "Hedda Gabler" and "Henry IV" at the Cameri Theater; "I Like Mike" and "My Fair Lady" at the Giora Gudik Theater; and in "Bustan Sephardi" at Bimot.
