She was awarded the CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) before being awarded Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire in the 2015 Queen's New Years Honours List for her services to the National Lottery and charitable services. She is the lately Group Chief Executive Officer for Camelot and lives in Denham, Buckinghamshire, England.
