(05/20/1967) Archived newspapers report that Bob Braun and fellow panelist Peter Grant of the Fifty-Fifty Club hit back at six seminary students of the United Theological Seminary who picketed with placards on 05/19/1967 at a Fifty-Fifty Club performance, protesting against the Vietnam War. Braun said, 'Those boys who refuse to go into military service and burn their draft cards are basically traitors and make me sick to my stomach.' Grant allegedly said, 'Dissenters should be locked up.' The placards read, 'Men were not born to be forced' and 'One man with courage is a majority.'
